These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern the relationship between Kilivi ('Provider') and the customer ('Customer') when using the Kilivi online booking system ('Service').

The Service is operated by Kilivi, based in the Czech Republic. The Customer is an entrepreneur or legal entity entering into this agreement exclusively within their business or professional capacity. The subject matter is the provision of access to an online booking system for hospitality businesses via subscription (SaaS).
The contract is formed upon activation of a demo account or initiation of a paid subscription. The trial (demo) period lasts 14 days and is provided free of charge without requiring a credit card. After the trial period, the Customer is invited to transition to a paid plan; otherwise access to the Service is suspended.
Subscription prices are listed in Czech Crowns (CZK) excluding VAT. Current pricing: Grow 449 CZK/month, Pro 699 CZK/month, Max 1,290 CZK/month. Payment is made monthly in advance via the Stripe payment gateway. Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment.
The subscription renews automatically every month. The Customer may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us at our support email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the Customer retains access until the end of the paid period.
The Service is digital content delivered immediately upon activation. The Customer expressly acknowledges that no right of withdrawal applies under applicable consumer protection law once performance has commenced with the Customer's express consent before the withdrawal period expires. This limitation applies exclusively to business customers.
The Provider is liable for damages caused solely by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties (hosting, Stripe, SMS gateway), for data loss caused by the Customer, or for indirect damages or lost profits. Total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the monthly subscription fee paid by the Customer.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which form an integral part of the contractual relationship.
The Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms. Customers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after 30 days constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The contractual relationship is governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
