What Rezervos includes
The foundation is your business's website: pages with your offer or menu, photos, opening hours, a map and contact details. You change the look and the text in one admin, no developer needed, and see every change in a preview straight away. The site runs on the free plan too, and on your own domain from the Grow plan up.
A booking form is part of the site. Guests and clients can book at any time, outside your opening hours too, and every booking appears immediately in a shared calendar that your whole team can open.
The system e-mails the guest automatically when a booking is confirmed, changed or cancelled, and from the Pro plan up it sends SMS as well. The admin gives you a plan of your tables, chairs or rooms laid out the way they really stand, and restaurants also get a weekly menu with a QR code. A waiting list catches the times you are fully booked, and you manage several locations under one login.
The basic plan is free for up to 30 bookings a month, and paid plans start at 449 CZK a month. You can try every Pro plan feature in a 14-day demo, and you do not need a card for it.

A website on every plan
The website is the foundation, bookings are part of it
Every plan includes a website with your pages, your menu or list of services, and the booking form. You set the look in the same admin and see every change straight away in the preview. On the free plan the site runs on a Rezervos address, and from the Grow plan on your own domain.
Your colours and logo
Upload your logo and choose your colours. The website and the booking form both follow them.
Light and dark mode
Guests see whichever mode their phone or computer is set to. Both are part of the theme, so neither looks unfinished.
One typeface for the whole site
Choose from prepared font pairings, and your choice applies to the whole website at once.
Your own domain
From the Grow plan you point your own domain at the website, and guests never see the Rezervos address.
You set the look of your website yourself
Colours, typefaces, rounded corners, buttons, and light and dark mode are all set on one screen, and the preview redraws with every change. You can build the whole palette from a single brand colour or straight from your logo. For every pair of colours the system checks that text stays easy to read, before the first guest sees the site.
Both screens come from the admin of a demo business.
The appearance settings are powered by our own add-on, @kilivi/payloadcms-theme-management, which we publish openly on npm and use outside Rezervos too. You can hand a finished theme to your web developer as design tokens or as a Tailwind config.

Bookings after closing time
A guest picks a time on their phone at eleven at night. In the morning you find it in the admin, either already confirmed or waiting for your approval, depending on how you set it up.
An assistant you can ask in your own words
Type something like “how much is free for four tonight” and you get a number back. It will draft a change to a booking for you, but it only saves it once you confirm. The assistant comes with the Pro and Max plans.
The whole day on one screen
You see today’s bookings, which places are taken and what is still free. Nobody has to leaf through a notebook with a phone to their ear.
A floor plan that matches the room
Drag the tables to where they really stand, with their shape and number of seats. Staff at the door stop searching a list and point straight at the free table by the window. Chairs, treatment rooms and hotel rooms are laid out the same way.
Confirmations go out on their own
The guest gets an e-mail when a booking is confirmed, changed or cancelled, and your staff get one for every new booking. From the Grow plan you add a reminder before the visit, and from Pro, SMS too.
Weekly menu with a QR code
Rewrite the lunch menu in the admin. Guests open it from the QR code on the table or on your website, and the same details print as a PDF for your notice board.
A waiting list for full times
When you are full, a guest leaves you their details instead of going elsewhere. As soon as a place frees up, the list is right beside your bookings and you only need to get in touch. The waiting list comes with the Grow plan and above.
Several locations under one login
Each location has its own opening hours, staff and website, and you switch between them without signing out. Managing several locations belongs to the Max plan.

Reminders instead of phone calls
