Commission on every night
The big portals are convenient, but they take their share of every booking. A guest who books directly stays yours in full.
Availability in two places
Keeping capacity in a portal and in a notebook means the same room eventually gets sold twice.
Bookings negotiated over email
Settling dates over several messages takes longer than entering the stay would. And the confirmation still gets written by hand.

Booking a stay
The guest enters arrival, departure and party size. The system prices the whole stay and offers only rooms free for every night of it.
Room types and how many you have
One record describes a whole room type — how many exist and how many people one sleeps. Availability is counted per night.
Seasonal pricing
Price per night or per person per night, whichever matches how you charge. Room types can price differently.
Confirmations and reminders
A confirmation right after booking and a reminder before arrival. SMS on higher plans.
Deposits up front
For longer stays and busy dates, higher plans let you collect a deposit online before the guest arrives.
Your own website
The subscription includes a site with photos, room descriptions and a booking form — on your domain, in your colours.
What it costs
The free plan has no time limit and 30 bookings a month. Paid plans start at 449 CZK a month (e-mail reminders, waiting list, your own domain), and Pro at 699 CZK adds SMS, deposits and automation.

The demo opens immediately. Your own trial, with your property name, room types and rates, is ready in a few minutes.
It does not have to. The point is having a commission-free channel alongside them — and bookings taken elsewhere go into the same calendar.
Yes. Each room type is set to charge either per room per night or per person per night.
Nothing happens to it. After fourteen days the trial moves to the free plan on its own, so the site and the bookings stay up and only the limits come down, to 30 bookings a month and five rooms. You pay nothing up front and enter no card details.
