Yes. You set up individual staff members, their services and availability, and the client picks a specific person. Commission accounting is not something we handle.
The controller is Kilivi, a Czech entity, and you get a data processing agreement from us. Part of the infrastructure — hosting and form protection — runs with providers in the US under standard contractual clauses; the exact list is in our privacy policy. Check this with any provider before you hand them your clients' contact details.
